You MUST use a Heat Press! An iron will not given enough even pressure. 

Every order comes with Pressing instructions. 

HEAT PRESS 315F

-Pre press garment for 7 seconds                                             -Place transfer on garment, cover with Teflon sheet & press for 30 seconds                                                                        -HOT PEEL; Peel off transfer paper and cover with Teflon sheet & press for 15 seconds.
